Immediate task - Another circle where participants from Ghana can spell out their expectations in Germany - Work out the information that will be given to the German embassy from the sfe group - Discuss what happened to Prince and to find avoidable solutions - Structure or schedule for visit of GPI participants to Germany before the end of this program

Immediate task - Develop a plan on how participant can participate in planning the school partnership - An action group from GPI and SFE to monitor the progress of the school partnership project and send feedback to the bigger group - Developing a year plan for the partnership - students from GPI to join simon with a discussion on students participatory in school and people care and permaculture (simon to construct it well) - Students of GPI and sfe to join the jury in 2020 for the exchange for 2021 - Have a link of the sfe blog to GPI website

Future Preparation Task - Develop a curriculum for the school partnership - A fair trade relationship, dealing with online shopping of organic products from GPI and other partners - Alumina of GPI and SFE to develop a project, involving GPI and SFE - Creating a follow up procedures for students after completing - Developing a volunteerism partnership between Ghana and Germany students after completing (Simon to construct it well)
